		<description>Its important to keep a check on fragmentation. whenever you delete add or edit large files or lots of files, the drive tends to get fragmented.when the file pieces dont get stored contiguously, it takes more time and effor for the HDD thats a mechanical component to pick those pieces when the file is read. This manifests itself as system slowdowns, freezing for instance while running graphic intensive programs, crashes while playing games etc.</description>
